A. Easy - Suitable for anyone who can ride a bike and can manage a bit of exercise. No routes are 100% flat, so expect some climbs and descents.

B. Moderate - Ideal for occasional cyclists and above, or a relaxing trip for better riders. Reasonable fitness required such as cycling, hard walking or similar once or twice a week.

C. Strenuous - Suitable for fit & confident riders. Fitness is more important than ethnical ability for trips of this level, and some specific training or preparation is recommended, e.g. running, cycling, swimming or aerobics two to three times a week (preferably cycling!).

D. Extremes - Long cycling days and tougher terrain (for both on- and off-road trips) requiring specific experience of more demanding and technical cycling. You should be very confident of your physical condition and bike handling skills.

The cycling in India can be done round the year. The ideal best time for riding cycling in lower mountains are from March to October (except June July, August and September) is monsoon time in Himalayas. July to September in Ladakh and from October to March for riding in Rajasthan and South India. More information, please visit region pages.

We did our first Tour in 2006 and over all we have done and experienced of 25 bicycles tours in India.

As per your choice you can bring your own bicycle otherwise, we provide mountain bikes to our all clients. The bicycles we provide have different frame sizes and you can select one of them, which suits you the comfortable.

The personal gears you should bring like shoes, gloves and jackets etc. We will provide the helmets.

We take care of rider’s various riding abilities in our tours. Yes, we take sufficient flexibility to keep both catered to. The person who cannot ride for long will be taken in our support vehicle and others may continue with riding long distances.

The accommodations we describe in our itineraries are charming from one property to the other. It can be it a heritage hotel in Rajasthan or a plantation retreat in South India. We provide best standard hotels with reasonable prices and heritage palaces, home stays, city hideaways, tent and the resorts, which have been chosen by us according to their standard and cost of the tour itinerary. In our tours we have considered for inclusion a hotel that should have high quality standard and hospitality. We do not include lower basic category hotels.

In the itinerary we included the applicable meals. Usually, breakfast, Picnic fruits lunches on cycling days and few dinners in few hotels.

During the ride we provide bottled water and fruit juices after every 15 to 20 kms available in the supporting vehicle, which will always follow the cyclists.

We always have the trained staff accompany the tour with fully equipped Cycles spare parts in supporting vehicle, however we carry one extra cycle for any breaks down. The support vehicle will always follow the cyclists.

Yes, personal Insurance is a must and I would like informing you that in India the insurance company do not provide insurance for adventure activities therefore you must be obtained from your home country. Please take comprehensive insurance cover from your authorities, which must include all
eventualities.
